Coolkiller products are covered by a warranty.
Note: The warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies granted to you by the seller or under applicable legislation. Therefore, any remedy (e.g., rectification, claim for damages, or right to terminate the contract) granted by Coolkiller or by applicable law remains unaffected, such as the right to claim for lack of conformity within 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers all defects in comparison to the product's specification that may arise within the warranty period specified below. However, the warranty excludes the following exceptions.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the documents provided at the time of purchase, the warranty period is twelve (12) months.
The warranty period begins when the product(s) are delivered to the first end-user. This warranty does not apply to any product whose serial number has been defaced or altered, nor will the warranty remain valid if unauthorized modifications are made to the software by the user.
The following are NOT covered by the warranty:
- Accessories and spare parts (including but not limited to cables, leather straps, etc.) sold separately, i.e., not bundled with a Coolkiller product.
- Defects caused by improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or neglect, including but not limited to "burn-in", overdriving of speakers, and similar misuse.
- Defects caused by lightning, fire, water, or other force majeure events.
- Defects in consumables (i.e., components expected to require regular replacement, including but not limited to headphone ear-pads, loose cables, etc.) or use beyond the expected lifespan of the consumable.
- Batteries are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty.
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs within the warranty period, you may contact support@coolkiller.com for assistance. Coolkiller will rectify the defect by either repairing the defective product or replacing it with a product of the same or similar type and condition, at our discretion.
Coolkiller products marked as special or limited edition cannot be replaced with an identical product in case of a warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover consequential damage, indirect loss, or any related expenses incurred while claiming under the warranty, such as loss due to the product’s inability to operate. Products specifically developed for use in the country where they are sold (e.g., due to varying transmission systems or approval requirements) are not covered by this warranty if defects or malfunctions occur due to use in another country.
For the warranty to apply and to file a claim, you must provide the original invoice (or any proof of purchase) for the Coolkiller product, along with an image or video showing the product issue in compliance with our warranty policy.
If the client finds that the product or color is not what was ordered, please provide a photo showing the product along with the tracking number written on or attached to the parcel. Then, send an email to support@coolkiller.com to reach our customer service department within 7 days after the order is delivered.
Note: If the status shows "Delivered" on the courier's website (e.g., YT) for more than 3 months, the delivery details will be deleted. The courier will not provide compensation for such orders, so we cannot offer a refund if the client does not inform us within 3 months after the delivery status is marked as "Delivered" on the courier's website.
If the product is received and the issue is not related to product quality, and the customer wishes to return the product, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
